Tom has been at KPMG since 2008, working with firm clients on a range of matters, with a focus on federal tax controversies. Before that, he served as a senior attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Tom is actively engaged in his professional and local communities. He graduated from Columbia College in New York, and the University of Connecticut Law School.
