Survey methodology

In early 2025, Forbes Insights and KPMG US conducted a survey involving 50 US C-suite executives as part of a global study of 150 CxOs. The survey focused on contract management processes, challenges, opportunities, and the future of legal managed services. Respondents were Chief Legal Officers (52%), Chief Financial Officers (14%), Chief Operating Officers (8%), Chief Procurement Officers (6%), and Chief Technology Officers (20%), representing organizations from nine sectors, each with revenues of at least $500 million and annual contract management budgets of $26 million or more.
